Yes. We can preform a drain and pressure and acid or chlorine wash to a pool. Only of the plaster is still good. If the plaster is in bad shape and falling off then I would recommend re plaster. See photo gallery to see how the pools turn out.
Pressure washing is simply the most efficient way to clean your home's exterior. Your time and money is valuable, so efficiency is key when it comes to cleaning stains and algae. Letting professionals power wash your home and concrete or place of business means you don't need to deal with mixing cleaning solutions, climbing ladders, and scrubbing strenuously at stubborn stains.
Moisture during the winter can cause serious damage and stains to your home’s exterior surfaces. Allowing the grime to stay on your surfaces, or the stains to sit for long periods of time, permanent damage to these surfaces can happen. Mold damages painted surfaces and concrete coatings like cool concrete (cool deck, seen around swimming pools mainly) if left unchecked for long periods of time. Mold actually feeds on the paint and finishes, and this causes the paint and finishes to be eaten away.
Absolutely YES!! Consumer reports has a study that shows with a nice clean pressure wash and some small paint touch ups where needed that you can actually get 2%-5% more when selling your home.
No. Majority of the time the only thing used is just water being pressurized. In the event a solution is used we use eco safe solutions since the water will also find its way to the drains and end up in the bay. We do not want to cause harm to the environment so all solutions used are environmental friendly.
